Not the greatest customer service. Did the site quote and no one responded. Called and they took my info for a call back. I asked for a turnaround time for call. He said, that I can’t answer for you. I explained that I never got the call back before. He said give it three days and basically and rushed me off the phone.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They haven't serviced the porta-potty in 3 weeks and I have called every day and sat on hold every time until I just gave up waiting. On avg I waited 15 to 20 minutes before giving up, the longest was 54 minutes, I just put my phone on speaker and put it down on my desk just to see if they would ever answer. Professional...Jordan R was our technician he was friendly and did an excellent job.
