Since United bought out event restroom service has drastically declined. Sometimes it takes 3 or more weeks for my weekly service and they refuse to adjust the bill. I have asked for a supervisor to call me on several occasions and have yet to receive that call.

I am here enjoying my time at Jazz Fest when I get a sudden urge to pee. I was by the main stage. There is a plethora of United Site Sevice port o johns. So, why the one star? Several reasons, first, there is not a mirror inside for those guests who wish to check if they are getting too much sun. Second and most importantly there is NO hand sanitizer in the port o John's. There are NO hand sanitizer stations anywhere outside the port of johns. This is ABSURD and borderline criminal as HAND WASHING IS THE SINGLE MOST IMPORTAN... read more
