Rude as hell. Called to see about a portable septic holding tank. Guy said they don't. Asked nicely if he possibly knew of a company that might as most trade businesses people know one another. He got snipping and hung up. Really glad we don't have to use their company. This interaction showed the kind of customer care you would receive.
