I had a terrible experience with this company. I rented a portable toilet with a sink and wash station for an event on June 14th, but the event was canceled due to weather. The wash station was never delivered, and when I called to address it, I was told I wouldn’t get any credit because I only ordered the toilet — which wasn’t true. After some discussion, they refunded only $60.
