Legitimately may have been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I spent multiple weeks trying to organize a simple 1 day rental for a portable restroom. The agent i was working with failed to respond to multiple follow ups so I had to call in to get it synced with someone else. Then, the day the unit was suppose to show up - nothing does.
