I reserved 2 portable toilets for a event 3 weeks in advance. They send me order confirmation. I called 5 days before event to ensure everything was ago and the rep stated everything was fine. Then 4 days before the event they called me to tell me that they don't service the area of the event. They should have told me this when I made contact with them the first time. Will not recommend this company.
Customer service is horrible. I requested a deluxe restroom unit with hand washing station for a pool area. It was provided, but the interior looked like it had just come directly from a construction site. Multiple attempts to contact them and I can't get a single human to respond. Would not recommend.
They are not professional at all, they agreed to take me the standard restroom on Friday and they never took it strangely the CCS I don't know why they sold it I was seven years with that company but this is a disaster
