We had made arrangements for port a pots and hand washing station months in advance for a family reunion. We confirmed the week of the event and on the day of the event confirmed delivery time. We were told the units were on a truck and would be delivered in the afternoon between 1-4pm. We waited and waited and each outreach call we were told that they would be there. The absolute worst temp toilet service in Colorado. Not only do they miss their service dates but when you call their support team, they tell you that it was in fact serviced, basically calling you a liar. On top of this, their billing team can't seem to get you copies of invoices. I had to call three times in order to have someone actually send the correct invoices. I would use ANY other company aside from United Site Services. Beware.
