I would not recommend this company to anyone. The wash station that was delivered with the Porta Potty did not work and of course the company is closed on weekends so we could not get a replacement or help if we wanted to fix this problem. When I reached out on the "Next" business day regarding a partial refund of the cost of the rental, NO ONE has ever responded back to me! Very frustrating! I will take my business else where in the future.

I would not recommend this company or completely write them off but will definitely try to find another company first next time, they cleaned it well but, every time they cleaned the porta potty they called me at work to ask for the code which had already been given to them dozens of times and was supposed to be on file. So frustrating. Than after we took the porta potty off rent, they call me at work for a survey and i would ask for a call back when i wasnt working which they say ok to than call back again the next day whil... read more
