they don’t clean them regularly , when the do they do the bare minimum they haven’t washed them out in 5 months on a project at a refinery

Unfortunately did not deliver the service on time and had to contract a different company. Horrible communication with the delivery drivers and admin staff. Administrative staff was somewhat communicative but were not informed on any of the drivers ETA. They didn’t call with updates but made sure to call for feedback on their services

Whoever have rated this service as 5 start should check with other providers. I rent equipments year around and have ample experience. This is probably the worst. Just customer service can take this business down. Extremely rude. You call national or any other vendor and get a quote in 2 minutes and for united it’s a 30 minute thing. I was told to figure out the quote online if I want faster service 😂
