It would be nice if they learned how to schedule. They can't even make it once a week. Excuse was "you were closed" . Been with then for years and my store hours have not changed. I would like to add that when I called instead of taking responsibility, they blamed the driver and was very rude.

Hired them to dump black tanks from a travel trailer in storage. Missed the original date and time, then finally got someone out and double billed me for the service. Just got a collections notice from them that indicates it’s not the first one they sent, it’s the first I received. A second driver showed up the week after they had performed the service and had called me to ask where the trailer was. I indicated the service was already performed. No internal communication.
