We have a temporary toilet which was informed the gate code for access on the 1st call. Since the toilet was delivered, it was never cleaned. We called them more than 10 times requesting the service and also the replacement of this toilet. They always say that it's scheduled for cleaning, but it never did.

We got 2 Port a pots 4 weeks ago.set to be cleaned 1 time a week. It's been 4 weeks and they haven't came 1 time. I've called every day for 2 weeks. They ever come. I would give them a 0

As a national construction site manager who rents from USS most times…but this location is my top pick for worst locations in the US to get services from. Can never get anyone on the phone. They’ll just keep you on hold & if you try to wait them out, they’ll just keep hanging up on you. And if/when you finally do get someone on the phone (after trying for a few days). They’ll tell you delivery will be in a day or so but it’ll never happen. So back you go playing games on the phone again. This location is a complete joke to d... read more
