Ordered 2 units on April 1st for a delivery on April 11th. They called me 4 times to get the address (number address, latitudes/longitude, road name and address) for some reason that wasn’t good enough but the last caller told me that would work. Showed up April 20th to our ranch with 30 workers and no units!! Called and for the 5th time and the caller said we need a physical address!!! I don’t know where to start, 20 guys on a site and took 2 weeks to restart service I paused for a month, they said it was because a button that was missing from there screen was the problem, but they never call back even though they promise too it has never happened. Give them the benefit of the doubt two weeks later on a new job I ordered bathrooms, a know show, call them up and they say it should have been delivered yesterday but it’s has not, they promise to find out what’s going on and call me back but they never do.
