Tony and his team at United Sewer were fantastic. They were incredibly transparent about pricing, clearly explained the issue, and even gave advice on how to prevent it in the future. He came to fix my kitchen sink but also took the time to address an ongoing issue in my bathroom that I had honestly just come to accept. He quickly identified the problem and fixed that as well. In a world where transparency can be lacking, I really appreciated how honest and helpful they were. I would 100% recommend Tony and United Sewer.

Tony was extremely professional, knowledgeable and reliable! He serviced my area of Thornwood, NY very quickly and immediately fixed our sink and sewer issues at a great price. 5 stars all around - I will definitely be calling Tony for any and all plumbing/sewer issues moving forward!

We had an issue with a gurgling toilet at our condo in Greenwich. Tony was incredibly responsive. He answered the phone at 7am and came to our condo the same day. He clearly communicated each step of the procedure to unclog the drain. He was professional, patient and polite. Tony recommended a descaling process to prevent a recurrence. He explained the pricing in detail and it seemed reasonable and fair. I am very happy with the service provided by Tony and United Sewer and would not hesitate to recommend him.

Had a malfunctioned ejector pump in a basement powder room. Tony was a clear communicator, did the work he promised to do and clearly took pride in his work. He even scrubbed the toilet clean before he left, which was unexpected and not necessary. Will definitely keep him in my contact list.

Anthony is a great plumber always very thorough, on time, he documents issue on video which helps big time when dealing with tenants that clog up drains. We use him now all the time
