I have been unable to get a copy of proof of insurance from my vehicle and I am on the road.
There service and response time is horrible. I was in a accident involving one of their members. The member drove into the drivers front side of my suv. He was arrested for a outstanding warrant. USAA wouldn't work with me until their member was released from jail. That was just one of their misdeeds the next time I experienced a accident from one of their members I was rear-ended in my brand new 4 runner they wouldn't press charges against a fraudulent auto repair shop. Katie was absolutely no help and honestly really disrespectful while she was at it.
USAA is no longer friendly to their members, we will be leaving their banking services entirely. It's a shame, but after 16 years it's finally enough to use a different bank.
12/14/24 I have been a member for over 25yrs and now I have been having nothing but issues for the past year with USAA. I went through 4 different agents to get a problem resolved. I could not save a auto quote nor could the agent. They transferred me to the web site team who could not help me. They transferred me back to the Auto insurance team and they could not help me and finally on the 4th agent he escalated to the IT team to look into why I am not able to see any of my home insurance claims or auto quotes that I saved.... read more
