USAA scams people out of their money. After I cancelled my auto and umbrella liability policies, they refused to process refund checks for me on the amounts I already paid them. They simply are fraudsters ready to take your money. They even tried to deposit my refunds into a US Bank bank account that doesn't exist !
I've been a USAA customer for about 32 years now. First, through my father and then I served on Active Duty. I've had issues with USAA before, but overall it's been tolerable (barely). Today, my experience was really bad. I could not find a place on their website to convey my frustration and disappointment so I decided to air my grievance here.
