I have been without tv since, Friday. But, to no prevail they say their to busy and until the 4th. Being that must mean my business isn’t important.
If I could give it lower I would, I come from a much bigger city with higher population, I have now been reprimanded by my job because they drag their feet, whether it was maintenance or outage it shouldn’t take 3 days. You’re better off using pigeon and paper. P.S. mind you they are located in the town so there’s no excuses
We are very happy with United Fiber. They are quick to responding to any issues.
Excellent customer service on the phone and then in person by techs who replaced old fire sticks with new technology.
