We have been using United Service Specialists for over 10 years now. They come twice a year for maintenance of our heating and cooling units. They also have fixed some occasional problems with the system. Whether it’s the main office or the technicians, they have always been extremely professional and helpful. I would highly recommend this company.
As usual the technicians from United Specialists were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Blake Hungerford installed a new water heater. He explained everything that he did and answered all of my questions. He showed me the plumbing that he did and explained why it was done that way. He also instructed me on how, if necessary, to lower or raise the temperature on the water heater. The job looks wonderful and the work area was left spotless. Great Service.
