Great service, prompt, and friendly! We woke up with a burnt rubber smell coming from our vents--not good! And during a polar vortex, too. We turned off the heat and called United Service Specialists. Thank goodness they could schedule us for same-day service. Manuel was awesome and really went above and beyond to sort out our issue. The part needed was in his truck, so everything was fixed by nightfall. Highly recommend!
