As usual the technicians from United Specialists were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Blake Hungerford installed a new water heater. He explained everything that he did and answered all of my questions. He showed me the plumbing that he did and explained why it was done that way. He also instructed me on how, if necessary, to lower or raise the temperature on the water heater. The job looks wonderful and the work area was left spotless. Great Service.

Dennis did an excellent job. Flushed out the drain to solve the problem and repositioned the sensor to catch excess water sooner. Very pleasant guy and took the time to explain the work.
