While I didn't get to use Wayne, he was very helpful and knowledgeable over the phone. My stacked-combo washer and dryer wasn't worth fixing. Wayne looked up the model, made a few educated guesses as to what the problem might be, then we decided it wasn't worth it. Any other repair shop might have not been so honest. Wayne has earned my business in the future.
