I had my stuff at a different place for a year, and I had 5 rent increases. I kept my stuff here with Matt and Tom for 2 years, and I only saw one very reasonable rent increase. 10/10 would recommend.
If I could give a zero star review I absolutely would. Terrible right from the start. Rented this unit when we sold our home. The first time we went to put our belongings in the unit there was already a lock on it. Attempted to contact the owners and got no response. We had to mad dash to get another unit at a different location. We maybe could have tried another unit in this lock but forgive me if I want more than a bike chain lock protecting all my stuff.
