If I could give this place a zero I would. I rented a 10 foot truck online and had confirmation. Converted to do all online check-in to avoid the line. When I got there to do online check-in it said the truck was not assigned and I had to go in the office. When in the office, they couldn’t assign a truck to me even though I reserved it due to “system issues”!!!!! I got there at 9:40 for an 11:00 pick up and didn’t get out of there till almost 11:00 without my truck. Lost out on the deal of what I was going to pick up, wasted... read more
