Been a loyal customer for years, they have been raising rates every year. Now they raising their monthly rate by $2 a month when they told me that they wouldn’t raise rates again. Their letter clearly shows disdain and lack of ability to connect with their loyal customer base. This long time Rancho Cucamonga company does not want to maintain their long term customers. As far as services, they have not done much. We do not contact them for any services at all.

So we have contacted them 4 times over the phone this year to cancel our service of 10+ Years. The lady insists that the contract automatically renews every year and we have to give them thirty days notice of when its renews, yet she cant provide me a copy of the contract that I signed that states this. The lady you have to deal with on the phone is the absolute rudest person I have had the privilege of dealing with.
