I have dealt with this company in the past and had great service from them,. Savannah and Mathew handled my loan from start to finish. I am in the process of doing another refinance with them and Savannah and Dan will handle the refi and got me a terrific interest rate once again. United Security will do whatever they can to make your loan work. There were issues along the way with my debt and income but they helped get everything in order to become a homeowner. I would recommend.

We are extremely un-satisfied with the lack of communication and the poor treatment from the people that were handling our refinance. After numerous mistakes made on our loan agreement and closing without the knowledge of our loan agent, we felt completely ignored. A close friend convinced us to cancel our loan at the very last minute and we learned how much that saved us from excessive closing fees that were miscalculated. WORST company ever! They don't return your phone calls in a timely manner. They lie lie lie. A gentleman by the name of initials D.A. who works in processing claimed to be the second lender on our mortgage. And, they're not! Tried to play reverse Psychology on me claiming that everything is set and ready to close tomorrow. Total BS! And, don't get me started on initials E.T. another person/lady that works in processing. From beginning to end, working with Shane at United Security Financial was a pleasant experience. Shane and the rest of the staff were attentive to my needs and always available for questions and concerns. My refinance was closed within a reasonable time with little stress. I will definitely recommend USF to my fellow veterans. Great job USF!

I had an absolutely positive experience with United Security Financial Corp. The agent I worked with, Daniel, explained everything out to me step by step. He answered all of questions and concerns, and I did not feel like I was out of the loop throughout the entire process.
