We wish we could give this company zero Stars. 14 years ago an agent came to my mother's house who was interested in purchasing long-term health insurance, she was specific in asking if the family member would be eligible to receive compensation to take care of her at her home so she did not have to go into a nursing home or Assisted Living. I was there and witnessed this man telling my mom her family member, who is actually a CNA is eligible to receive payment for giving my mom home health under this insurance policy. Fast ... read more
Clean, friendly employees
My first experience with United Security Assurance (USA) was to make a claim. I found out all forms to be completed must be mailed to me (not email or fax). Also, I must snail mail them back. Meanwhile the short-term facility where my father is wants him moved in 3-5 days. I hope USA pays promptly because my father nor myself have the resources to pay out of pocket. Shame on USA for not working with people by using today's technology!
