We had them come out to the house to fix the electrical going to the dock that they had put in a few years back…. They were unable to fix it the first time they came out and needed more time and a different tool, the “tool” didn’t find the problem either…. They needed to come out a third time (1st time was June 27th and last was August 14th). Since they were unable to find the problem they said they needed to redo the whole thing(retrenching etc).
