United picked up my brother for an oncology appointment. He is currently bedridden, and United did a wonderful job of transferring him to a special chair for transport. They were most kind and caring while being patient with the unexpected delay. I would highly recommend United without question!

Really great experience. Curt was very courteous, knowledgeable and extremely good at his job. We were both impressed and felt much more at ease with him transporting us. Incredible Medical Transport Service… I have ALS (the disease not advance life support) and they are by far the GREATEST medical port in the Chicagoland area. Each driver acts like an owner and tries to go “above and beyond” on each trip. Those of us with ALS wear a bipap unit and we are treated like human beings not as some “medical risk”. Their vans are lifts and VERY clean.
