I ordered a “Coleman RV Air Conditioner 13,500 BTU-White-48203-066 Item #08-0079 order #113101 on October 20th. I paid an extra $99.00 for shipping insurance. The ordering process was seamless package item arrived (what seemed to be intact). However, once unit was installed it did not work. I called immediately to let UnitedRV.com know that the unit was not working. I spoke to Cathy, and she gave me a couple of service companies.
