We were drawn to United Roofing because of their relationship with Habitat for Humanity. Our project was an insurance claim, and J. Paul helped us navigate the process. Very pleased.
Paul Teel and his crew were prompt in getting to and finishing the roof— he is a pleasure to work with. There was an error done by a subcontractor and he had it remedied in less than 24 hours. Quality work.
J Paul Teel (Sale and our Project Manager) worked very diligently to 'earn' our roof replacement job. As we began to get quotes, we were decided to only be 'shopping' for a name-brand shingle, to be installed by a well-established LOCAL company. I was pleased that he and United were able to use a true 'class 4', more-hail-resistant shingle product; and to make this upgrade fit within our budget.
