High marks to United Roofing for responsiveness, despite my roof needing only minor repairs. I had been kept waiting by the original installer only to receive an exorbitant bid. As a first-time United customer, I found dealing with the office, J Paul, and crew to be a pleasure. And their rate and workmanship impressed too.

Paul Teel and his crew were prompt in getting to and finishing the roof— he is a pleasure to work with. There was an error done by a subcontractor and he had it remedied in less than 24 hours. Quality work.

J Paul Teel (Sale and our Project Manager) worked very diligently to 'earn' our roof replacement job. As we began to get quotes, we were decided to only be 'shopping' for a name-brand shingle, to be installed by a well-established LOCAL company. I was pleased that he and United were able to use a true 'class 4', more-hail-resistant shingle product; and to make this upgrade fit within our budget. United Roofing is the real deal. I've used them several times over many years and every time I find them to be honest, reliable, and fairly priced. Huge thanks to J. Paul Teel for going above and beyond. Hardworking and straight-up honest. I sleep better knowing he's on my side working through my problems with our insurance provider and unscrupulous competitors in this industry.
