We had United Roofing and Sheetmetal put on a new roof today. We were very pleased with the whole process. J. Paul Teel was the sales representative and he did a great job. The crew led by Chato was very professional. He and his crew caught things USAA had not been able to see. They also protected the gardens and areas around the house and cleaned up so well that other than the new roof you wouldn’t know they were here. I do not normally do this, but my roofing experience this week was so phenomenally positive that I have to share that United Roofing and Sheetmetal, Inc. is a solid contender in the roofing world. The price, customer service, the communications, and quality of work was superior. I do not know anyone personally, nor have relatives in this company, I am just genuinely so happy to have had such a positive customer/client experience when dealing with such a large home investment.

My husband and I are very pleased to recommend United Roofing, and Silas Moore, for your roofing needs. The presentation was professional and informative. The before pictures were very helpful in making our decision. All agreements, pricing, and warranties were explained up front, and with no hidden fees or changes. The project was completed on time and follow-up inspection, by Silas, was handled the same day.
