I have had my flat roof inspected by United Roofing several times the last few years. On the most recent inspection, it was determined that we had roof damage from a hailstorm in Oct. Lisa , at United Roofing, is very professional and helped instruct me as to how to file my insurance claim. I've never written a review like this before, but I feel I just must warn consumers. I had a horrible experience with United Roofing in Salida. They repaired a leaking roof for me several years ago and although the original leak was fixed, they caused two more significant leaks that damaged my adobe wall in multiple places. Basically, any time it rained, the roof leaked. I tried multiple times to coordinate a solution with Lisa in the office and sent her photos of the leaks. United Roofing installed a new membrane on my roof this month. Work was done on time and with excellent workmanship. Lisa and the roofing crew were great to work with. All phone, text, and email questions I had before and during the installation were promptly answered, which contributed to making the whole process seamless.
