I had a disappointing experience with Eddie from United Roofing. He came to my rental property to assess a leak from the siding, initially giving me a quote of around $3,000. When I asked for a more affordable option due to the property's short-term status, he surprisingly dropped the quote to $650 with a one-year warranty, which I appreciated. Siding and roof repair. Painting the exterior and other minor repairs. All done professionally. They have their own crew and they don't subcontract. We were happy with their sincerity and their attention to detail. Great experience. Will use again.
