Horrible Horrible Horrible. they were an hour late to were my elderly mother would have to reschedule an appointment we been waiting on for 3 months. Then the driver and his assistant apparently didn't speak english

I'd like to submit a review of services, being negative five stars for the unprofessionalism and rudeness towards ny father, patient at Care Rehabilitation center in Glendora. I would like to bring this to your attention that when transporting my father, the hand/bedside rails of his medical bed were not put down when transporting him to the gurney. Unsafe, drives reckless, no shocks very bumpy ride. I have a back fracture and while putting me in the van he kept pushing the gurney was hitting metal, I kept yelling to stop, the other man came and straighten the gurney. While putting me in bed both held the sheet and instead of holding in air they pushed on my legs and arms. Now I need another cat scan for injection in my back
