United handled our insurance claim after a fire. They were transparent and walked us through each step of the process. Dwayne handled our home and was able to put into action all the visions we had of changes for the home. They do great work, but it will not be fast. I've always lived by the triangle rule: fast, fair price, good work. You can only pick 2.

In May 2018 we had a house fire and our insurance company used United Restoration for the repairs. United Restoration made the repairs but our tenants noticed a roof leak where the dinette meets the house. The leak only occurs during torrential rains which are fairly infrequent for this area. After a storm in Jan 2022 we contacted United Restoration and Dwayne immediately recalled our home and checked to see if their work was still under warranty – it was.
