Customer service and drivers are outstanding.
Tom Vertin and Jim, the front desk guys were a pleasure to work with. They are an asset to United Rentals.
The baricades were called off 12 days after delivery and never picked up. No one ever called to check in and see what was going on when i had told the initial rep on ordering that the barricades were only needed for 2 weeks and that we were coming in from out of state for the work. My local branch is far more reliable and trust worthy than the branch we rented these barricades from. I will continue to use united locally for trench safety but will be discontinuing all out of market work with united due to this situation. Ide ... read more
