Cody was amazing to work with. He was very responsive and super helpful. When he found out the driver of our container was held up and couldn’t get to us long after our requested time he dropped everything and made the delivery himself. Thanks for everything!
I rarely leave reviews, but Cody and Steven absolutely crushed it. I was dealing with Drybox Florida LLC(which I found out is now part of Rental United), and the service was top-notch from start to finish. Cody, the Branch Manager at the Tampa location, is an absolute rockstar. I needed this sorted out fast, and he somehow coordinated the whole delivery to happen within 24 hours. He didn’t just rush it through either, spent time walking me through everything so I knew exactly what to expect, making the whole transaction comp... read more
We needed a 20 foot container for storage and we needed it quickly. Cody made it happen! Everything was done over the phone and the process was simple. The (brand new) container arrived the next day! Cody was fantastic to work with and accommodated us incredibly quick. He was professional and effortlessly dropped us a container this morning. We will be getting one more from him as a result. Best containers I have ever seen.
Sidney & Kelsey are hands down the BEST! They answered every question we had and somehow managed to get all FIVE of our 40' containers delivered the very next day with ZERO issues! Talk about getting it DONE! If you need a container, do yourself a favor and ask for Sidney or Kelsey. These ladies will take care of you! Highly recommend!
