Avoid PAC VAN like the plague. There are too many other reputable companies from which to rent storage containers that can be moved. A good corporate citizen does not engage in games of "I gotcha" when a customer complains about a service failure. An ethical corporate citizen apologizes and offers either a refund or a credit. Pac Van has done none of the above. The agreement between me and Pac Van was immediately terminated (within 24-hours) for fraud.
