I was searching for a storage container. I found US Rentals in Chino. Talked with Gene. I was very pleased with their Customer Service. I got exactly what I wanted and when I wanted it delivered. Professional Company very pleased with Cistomer Service.. I recommend US Rentals if every needing a Storage or Office container.
Wooooow! best customer service I've ever had. I needed a storage container so I called and spoke to this really nice girl named Edith, she gave me pricing and I said I would get back to her after I made a decision. I called the very next day and Joseph answered, unfortunately Edith was not available, but Joseph jumped right in and booked the container for me. Their service department was great and drivers were very careful and precise in placing the containers.
I'd give em zero stars if that were an option. If I could describe this company and its staff in one word...it would be PATHETIC. I requested price quotes on two units, one insulated and one not...asking for both the rental rate and purchase price. A guy named Rob promised to get that right out to me. A week later I again called because I had not received anything.
