I’ve had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Mr. Ken Hayes on a couple of occasions. His knowledge, professionalism, and service skills are world class. I highly recommend Ken and United Rentals.
I ordered 2 storage containers for a big project at my work and I received great customer service from start to finish. Ron answered all my questions and helped me schedule delivery and pick-up. Both drivers contacted me when they said they would and showed up on time and were able to put the shipping containers down on an uneven parking lot very close to the curb. I will use United Rentals again for any rental needs.
