Excellent customer service and great response time. I was helped by Malcolm Culpepper Jr and could not be more happy with the service I was given!
Malcolm Culpepper JR has been very helpful. When we were in need of equipment rentals Malcolm Rose to the occasion! We had 2- 53 ft tractors and trailers unexpectedly set up delivery with very short notice. Malcolm expedited what we needed, and for that, we are very grateful and will continue to use United Rentals.
