It was fine ordering and receiving our portable restroom rental. Your cleaning service was as good as your prompt delivery. Our team of ten helpers appreciated the privacy and proximity in the outdoor setting of the Maryland Renaissance Festival. See you next year!

Their name is ironic. You dont get to call your company "reliable on site services" and then proceed to be the least reliable service i have ever dealt with. We supplied a schedule of Monday - Friday, 6am - 2pm. These are the available hours for an employee to let you in the gate for service. Most weeks they either do not send someone for service, or if they do, they show up after business hours. Last week a driver called me after 3:30pm. It was fine ordering and receiving our rental. Too many questions on your survey, and too many requests for answers. As for further comments, we'll have to wait a couple of weeks to see if your cleaning service is as good as your delivery.
