I was very impressed by the efforts of Connor in the Richmond office to intervene and ensure units were serviced before our main event. Also appreciated Will, a field worker, who persevered to service a missed unit due to incorrect directions. Thank you both for your excellent customer service.
United Rentals are my go to for outside events there prices are affordable and the porta potty are very clean with extra supplies.
