Incredible customer service!
The company I work for has MULTIPLE rentals with ur…. We are in different parts of VA. No matter where I need a rental Connor Pickens is who I depend on to help me! Whether it is his area or he needs to forward my request to another dispatcher, I know he will take care of me! Sale goes fur issues I have, he is here to help with EVERYTHING I NEED. Thank you Connor! You make this part of my job a breeze!
I was very impressed by the efforts of Connor in the Richmond office to intervene and ensure units were serviced before our main event. Also appreciated Will, a field worker, who persevered to service a missed unit due to incorrect directions. Thank you both for your excellent customer service.
United Rentals are my go to for outside events there prices are affordable and the porta potty are very clean with extra supplies.
