United Rentals did exactly what they said they would each step of the way. I appreciate Adam Black for making sure our organization didn't miss a beat.
I want to recommend Mark Lee, a lead driver with this company for providing excellent service! He delivered 2 porta potties with sinks to our location, on the date expected. He set them both up, and then let me know that he was not satisfied with the cleanliness and quality of the units he delivered. He said he cares about customer satisfaction, and that these units were not up to his standards. I hadn't even seen the units at this time, but when I looked, I saw what he meant.
