Brittany Manley is the best. She is quick , efficient and always professional. United Rentals has always gone above and beyond with their service .
The toilets on Wilson Blvd are filthy with human excrement and trash. These toilets have been like this for weeks. After repeated calls to the number posted on the unit with no results I'll try this way and hope we get some action.
Called 2 days in a row. The 2 units near the sports facility on the genesee river path access bridge are overflowing. The is huge amounts of poop on the seats of both the handicap and regular units. A terrible disregard for public health and safety. They are a disease vector. I took photos but there's is no place to upload here. They are being PAID to have these here. Shameful. Disgusting. Criminal.

I have been using this company for the past few years to rent outhouses for my annual summer event--they are wonderful! Great service and clean facilities. Definitely will keep using in the future.
