Dropped the highrise 1/2 mile away from the jobsite a day late. It "fell through the system" no one let me know my unit would not be delivered like we agreed. Pushed to the next day after I was basically told there was nothing they could do since it was almost closing time. Then they dropped it off in some random location instead of the address listed on the contract. It has me worried about when it comes time to service it.
I can say a lot about united rentals. #1 they pay every 2 weeks $23 a hour for CDL in driver license that don't make sense. Hours. 50 hours in christmas time it get slow so u might make 35 hours 🤣 just a little add they cried about hours Jay will call u in ask u where u at👎🏽 #2 the trucks are all broke in nobody pre trip the trucks at all so if u get in another truck u better pre trip that truck. #3 the mechanic tachs. Taylor, the customer service representative and even, Mr. Ron, the delivery guy were as polite, and kind as could be. I really enjoyed working with them
Delivery was as promised. Weekly Port-A John cleaning was above normal. Very clean and ready for us. Thanks for your service. Jim
