I am the Director of NPD for my publicly traded company. We had a need for Air Conditioning in a space where very little existed. I rent a lot of equipment from United Rentals and Dana made this rental experience the best ever. She was responsive to every need we had and ensured everything we needed was completed faster than I could ever expect. We had a self inflicted problem with a generator that we rented and Eric was onsite within 15 minutes (after hours) to correct my mistake. This team definitely went above and beyond multiple times!!!
