I work for a commercial electrical contractor in the Boston area. We had a customer call with no power on the 4th of July weekend and we needed a 480v 200kw, 3ph generator fast. The United Rentals service rep responded quickly and answered all of the questions I had. They were able to provide me a price and deliver the generator within a few hours. It just so happens it was over 100⁰ and the customer operated an adult daycare. They made life safety a priority and their support was next level. I can't recommend them enough.
Kieth was awesome! He worked his tail off to get a chiller unit that I need ASAP. He went above and beyond and needs to be recognized.
I just managed a huge event and Vincent was our lead from United. He was great, very knowledgeable and excellent customer service. I really appreciate it, hopefully we can work together again.
