Excellent and prompt service with same day delivery....
Worst ever. Constant lift malfunctions and also had lift down and only response was “ we have no lifts available and you’ll have to wait until your lift is fixed” how long? “Cannot be definitive but maybe 4 or 5 days”. This is crazy nuts. Bye
I was in a pinch looking for specific lifts for a job site we are working on. Ashleigh was knowledgeable and helpful with every need I had. She got me what I needed and scheduled the delivery. Leonard was my delivery driver and he followed every instruction given to drop off the lifts to the new construction site we are working on. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate the level of professionalism and attention to detail these two provided me.
Anyone who has any buisness dealing with United Rentals doesnt need a review for them.
