I'm a Lead Project Engineer and we used United Fluid Solutions for a very large infrastructure project that required design, set up, and then continued maintenance of a complex dewatering system with multiple ancillary pumping systems. Tight entrance — heads up! Cars are parked inside the property, and if you’re not careful, you might clip one with your trailer. I checked in at 7:50 AM, got unloaded at 8:50 AM — just sat there waiting. Can’t speak for how they operate overall, but the parking setup feels like a bit of a mess. Giving them 4 stars — mostly because the staff was chill, no one rude or snappy. Just not a great layout and a bit of wasted time. Would’ve been a 5 if the flow was smoother.
Stopped for assistance with moving some material on my trailer, and they were more than helpful!! Also educated me of the service they provide! A+
