Our company rents boom and scissor lifts from United. We were having some difficulty with a boom and Brandon came out, trouble shot the problem, and fixed it with ease. Not only did he correct the issue, he had a wealth of knowledge to share with me. I feel that Brandon went above and beyond his job duties to teach me the correct steps of operating the boom. He is an asset to United and I’m thankful for his help.
