This review is about Erik Carr. He’s one of the flooring specialist at United Rentals. I was having a problem on a job with one of the machines and was communicating with Erik about what was going on. The job is about an hour away from his location and The next thing I knew he was walking through the front door with all the solutions. Erik didn’t just hang out for five minutes. This is a Laid back environment everyone's Kool with Great Customer Service!! Our company rents boom and scissor lifts from United. We were having some difficulty with a boom and Brandon came out, trouble shot the problem, and fixed it with ease. Not only did he correct the issue, he had a wealth of knowledge to share with me. I feel that Brandon went above and beyond his job duties to teach me the correct steps of operating the boom. He is an asset to United and I’m thankful for his help.
