We’re building a barndominium in Whitney, TX and are DIY’s in many aspects of the project. We decided to do something we’ve never done before - finishing our concrete floors. Watching You Tube videos was more confusing than productive so we reached out to United Rentals and that’s when we were introduced to Shane Argo. Fantastic service by Shane and Matt today...the Friday of Labor Day weekend! Shane personally delivered our machine and when we had an issue, he called Service Tech Matt who was onsite in 10 minutes. The branch team is great also...kudos to Manager Dale, Inside Sales Rep Stephanie and the others for building great customer relationships!

Shane helped us out in the clutch, delivered us our tool equipment needs on a last minute request and it really helped us push this job out. He brought us concrete planers and three stage hepa vacuums so we were able to remove 1" of concrete to install this beautiful porcelain for our customer. Thanks Shane, will be using united and hoping we deal with you but I know everybody there has been excellent as well.
