WHEN equipment is available, the process is great. My only issue is that United Rentals advertises various pieces of equipment on their website as if it's readily available but when I recently contacted them about a particular piece of equipment, I was told it was only available on the other side of the Country. Not at a nearby branch. The website should CLEARLY state WHERE a piece of equipment is available.
