I've been coming here since they opened. They got an amazing crew down there from the office staff to the warehouse staff, everybody is awesome. They communicate well. Equipment is always ready when I need it
Worked with Joel and he was the best sales person I have worked with in many years. Excellent communication and excellent customer service - United is really lucky to have him! Highly recommend Joel and United Rentals.
They went above and beyond and were so friendly and helpful
Kole the manager and staff are GREAT! they are my 1st call and I have been using them for 1yr so far and no plans to change. GREAT service and customer service! most importantly there delivery timing is spot on!
“Joel was able to assist my husband with renting a water trailer from the ellensburg location. He was willing to assist with the process even though he works over in Seattle! Thank you for the great service Joel!”
