Tye is an absolute lifesaver. We were at an event at the Javits Center when the blower on our ticket blaster machine burnt out mid-show. Tye was incredibly responsive and immediately got me all the information I needed. Within an hour of reaching out, he had a replacement picked up, delivered, and fully running. Working with him was a seamless experience.

All, I can't speak highly enough about my recent experience with United, and in particular, Andrew. If you're looking for exceptional service, look no further. This past week, we encountered an AC outage at a rental property in the Hamptons, just as our tenant was preparing to host a weekend event.
